- Extras to Expect from Your Management Company.
The focus of this presentation will be on value added programs that are outside the normal management contract including the new Board of Director Websites. Leave this session knowing what your manager should be offering to your Corporation as extra value programs.
- Understanding Investment Plans and How to Maximize Your Corporation's Revenue.
The focus of this presentation will be an introduction to what investment plans are, how they relate to the corporation's reserve fund study and what options are available to Boards in terms of investment funding through RBC to meet their individual needs while maximizing their revenue. Leave this session with an understanding of how best to put your plan together.
- Aging Buildings - A Practical Approach to Reserve Funds and How to Apply Them.
This session will eliminate the boring details of how a Reserve Study is prepared but will focus on your input to the study and how to have your Corporation participate in and benefit from the study.
- Understanding Condominium Insurance - Are You Adequately Insured?
The focus of this presentation will be on Human Rights Coverage, D&O Coverage, and taking the aggravation out of claims. You will leave this session with a comfort level knowing what insurance your Corporation should carry and how you can pass on benefits and savings to every home owner and alleviate the claim aggravations of the past.
- How to Chair Productive Meetings and Time Management for Board of Directors.
Leave this session with a written outline guiding you through the AGM meeting so you feel comfortable chairing that meeting yourself. This will be a practical session, not one based upon theory.
- Ask The Experts Panel
Where else can you get your questions answered at our expense by the very best experts in the Condominium field? Come prepared to learn, have some fun, and go away with knowledge provided by the best in their field. The experts will include a lawyer, an Insurance Specialist, an Auditor and an Engineer.
