Reporting to the Accounting Manager,  the Property Accountant is responsible for coordinating financial services provided for a designated portfolio of property accounts. Such services include activities relating to timely and accurate production of financial reports. In coordinating financial services, the Property Accountant works with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team members as well as Property Managers to ensure financial procedures are followed and that goals and objectives are being met.
